Terms and Conditions
These terms cover text messaging with Molar Town and the use of molartown.com.
Text messaging
Molar Town PLLC is the dental office at 23890 Novi Road in Novi, Michigan. When you text with us, you are texting our office team. Our messages come from our own numbers, beginning with our main line, (248) 986-2400. Texting is optional. You never need to receive texts to be a patient here.
What we send
Replies to your questions. Appointment confirmations, reminders, and schedule changes. Practical notes about your care, such as what to do before a visit, a check-in after treatment, or a note that something is ready for you. Some confirmations and reminders are sent automatically by our scheduling software. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
How you opt in
Texting our number is your consent to a reply by text. Before we send confirmations or reminders, we ask, in person, by phone, or on your intake form, and we keep a record of your answer.
How often
Usually a few messages around each appointment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any text and messages from us end. You can also tell us by phone, by email, or in person. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@molartown.com.
Your phone number
We do not sell your phone number, and we do not give your opt-in to any other company for its marketing. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Emergencies
Texts are not monitored around the clock. For severe pain, swelling, an injury, or bleeding that won’t stop, call us during office hours or seek urgent care. Facial swelling that affects breathing or swallowing is a 911 situation.
