I trained as a dental surgeon at the University of Michigan and spent the first decade of my career chairside, where I fell in love with imaging, systems thinking, and the math behind how everything fits together.
I’m building Molar Town because I noticed something I couldn’t ignore: today’s dental technology is incredible, but the way most offices organize around it is fragile and rushed. Patients still experience dentistry as mystery and fear, while clinicians carry the burnout. My work lives in that gap.
Outside the clinic, I write funny original AI songs about dentistry and my life – on YouTube (Molar Town Radio), publish my prototypes and research at dianamcquirter.com, and live with my husband and daughter in Novi.
