Here are a few easy subject lines you can borrow:
“Keep me posted” — The big one. Include your name, and you’re on the list: first notice when scheduling opens, honest progress updates as the office comes together, and new Library guides as they land. No marketing-speak.
“I have a question about my teeth” — Welcome to our favorite inbox category. We can’t diagnose over email — no dentist honestly can — but we can explain what your question means, what to ask your current dentist, and whether it’s worth a closer look when our doors open.
“Second opinion, please” — Holding a treatment plan that feels bigger than your last checkup suggested? Tell us your situation, and we’ll gladly explain which records to gather in the meantime — you’re entitled to copies of them.
“Press / collaboration” — Media inquiries, speaking, and professional collaborations are welcome.
“Just saying hi” — Also completely valid. We’re building this practice in the open, and neighborly hellos from Novi and beyond are part of the fun.
What to expect when you write
A real reply, in plain English.
You’ll hear back from an actual person — typically within one business day. Replies come in the same plain English we use in the chair, and writing to us signs you up for nothing: the update list is opt-in only, and even that is honest emails, sent sparingly.
One privacy note: your message is read by us and nobody else, but please don’t email full medical histories or sensitive documents unprompted. If we ever need records, we’ll set up a secure way to share them.

A note on dental emergencies
For urgent dental problems, please get care right away.
Molar Town isn’t open yet, and this inbox isn’t monitored for emergencies. If you have severe pain, swelling — especially affecting your face, your eye, or your ability to swallow or breathe — trauma, or bleeding that won’t stop, please contact your current dentist, an urgent dental clinic, or an emergency room right away. Facial swelling that affects breathing or swallowing is a 911 situation.
When we open in 2027, our patients of record will have a clear protocol for urgent needs. Until then, please put your health first — we’ll be here when you’re ready.
